The bright 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a new single-family house in a particularly quiet location. The apartment is completely and newly furnished and consists of a cozy living/dining room, bedroom and ultra-modern bathroom. The kitchenette with granite tops, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher offer you everything you could ever need. A filter coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee maker are available. The living room has a sofa bed (140x200cm), a dining table with bench and upholstered chairs, a TV (Internet TV) and a DVD player. Internet (WiFi) is available free of charge. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe and a dresser. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. A cot, high chair and toys are available on request.
