Property info

Modern, exclusive and luxurious apartment house in a central, quiet and sunny location. The house can be reached from the train station in approx. 10 minutes on foot or in a few minutes by electric taxi, which drives directly in front of the front door. The bus stop of the ski bus is only a few meters away from the house, the ski area Sunnegga Paradise can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. In the surroundings of the house, there are shopping possibilities as well as restaurants. The house has been built to the Minergie standard and therefore offers excellent living comfort. In Casa della Luce there is a ski room with a heated ski boot cupboard. An elevator takes you from the entrance area to your apartment. Our guests also have at their disposal an exclusive in-house wellness facility with whirlpools, steam baths, and sauna, in which they can really relax after a strenuous day in the Zermatt mountains. All apartments are non-smoking apartments. Pets are not allowed. Cot and high chair on request.
