Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

The chalet is developed on three levels connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open space that combines dining and living areas, with direct access to the garden. In the garden, a large table is available, ideal for lunches and dinners outdoors during summer days. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, with an oven, toaster, electric kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). Going up to the upper floor via an internal staircase, you access the night area, composed of three rooms: the first is a double room with bunk beds, the second a spacious quadruple room with two bunk beds, while the third is a double room with two single beds that can be joined to form a matrimonial bed. On the same floor, there are two bathrooms: one with a shower, sink, bidet, and WC; the other with a bathtub with shower, sink, bidet, and WC. From the ground floor, descending via an internal staircase, one accesses a lower level where there is a third complete bathroom, with WC, washbasin, bidet, washing machine and drying rack. At the guests' disposal is a spacious outdoor car park, with space for up to five vehicles. The chalet also offers free Wi-Fi and TV. Note: the fireplace in the living room is not usable.

Chalet Gulas is a splendid independent stone house located at the entrance of the picturesque Val Chamuera, in an ideal position for those who love nature and tranquillity. Very close by are the Musella children's ski lift and cross-country ski slopes, making it perfect for family winter holidays. The La Punt railway station is about 1 km away, while shops are a little closer. St. Moritz is about 15 km away. During the summer, walking and trekking trails start directly from the house and it is not rare to spot deer from the chalet windows. The bus stop, just 300 metres away, allows easy access to the entire valley.
