Great location right by the gondola. We had a large room with very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Parking is right under the building, so very little shlepping of ski equipment. There are several restaurants on the premises, we liked the cafe for breakfast which has vibe like a brooklyn coffee shop in the morning with all the hipster snowboarders. Flims is nearby with a lot of shops and restaurants. We could use the gym and pool of the signing hotel for a little fee.

From the moment we arrived, we felt really welcomed and were even given an upgrade to a spacious room. The spa was beautiful with the outdoor jacuzzi being a favorite. We also loved the little touch of free sparkling water in the hall fridge. Slept like a baby too!

Breafast was super good, want to mention that coffe was super good. Swimming pools are great, they have normal swimming pool and outside swimming pool with salt water and jacuzzy, great to spent time after skiing. They also had amazing restorant with Japan food

The staff tried their best in regards of my special requirements . We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the wellness area which is well equipt with everything we needed to replenish after our time in the variety of saunas.

A very nice spacious 3 floors chalet with great private amenities such as sauna room and jacuzzi. An astonishing view of the alps. I really admired the details of the place; its antique and well accommodated decorations.

Amazing trip. The level of effort the staff and owners go to , to ensure such a welcoming stay is incredible. Different activities and menus daily. The best family friendly hotel we've ever stayed in. We'll be back.

Staff were great and helpful. We traveled with motorbike from Splugenpass and location is great if you want to do multiple drives. Restaurant is great place to spend evening. Their homemade vine is great!

Truly, one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. I will be dreaming of this place until our next visit. The staff, room, spa, food, setting, massage, service were ALL remarkable.

Proximity to gondola. And shopping. Although stores were closed for holiday. Cozy, comfortable vibes. Beautiful furnishings and ambiance. Very friendly receptionists. Very helpful.
