Fantastic location perfectly located in between the cute city center and the crotti restaurants. Lots of hiking opportunity within walking distance from the hotel. Our room had an incredible view of mountains and the historic bell tower and it was a joy to wake up to every morning. Breakfast was yummy too!

We loved the location and the fact it had everything we needed! The cafe/bakery across the street was delicious, as was the pizzeria next door. It’s an easy walk to town. It was very clean and had great views!

Chiavenna is a very attractive town in northern Italy, rich in historic heritage and framed by beautiful mountains with a variety of hiking opportunities, and of course good food. It is close to Lake Como and Switzerland with excellent public transport connections.

We stayed there only for two nights.

We stayed there only for two nights. We've been skiing in Madesimo and sleeping in Chiavenna. We didn't spend a lot of time there. We went for dinner one night, Ristorante Pizzeria l'Arca - a place to recommend, however, the atmosphere in the evening was shady and most of the buildings looked abandoned.

Antonio's apartment is centrally located in Chiavenna near many shops and restaurants. The apartment is easy to access via a mid-rise condominium complex and the instructions provided were easy to follow. The apartment is comfortable, kitchen well equipped (with washing machine under the sink), and super fast wi-fi. The views of the mountains outside the kitchen balcony are incredible. Antonio was so helpful and friendly making the stay very memorable.

Oh how lovely is Chiavenna! And this hotel was absolutely fabulous. The lovely staff gave us a perfect room with 3 balconies Air con, big windows to open, Spacious. Had our evening meal here is it was gorgeous. The breakfast was first class.
