Furnished 2-room apartment in an extremely central location - two minutes from everything, including the escalator to the Montana-Cry d'Er cable cars - but still very quiet, as it overlooks an interior courtyard. Huge private terrace of 90 m² with plenty of afternoon sun. One room with a double bed 180x200 and a mezzanine with two mattresses 90x200. Bedding and bath linens provided. Bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen, oven and dishwasher. In the apartment you will find several basic necessities (oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, herbal teas, coffee...) that you can of course use. Please just kindly let us know in case something ends. Private parking space in the building's garage. Rental only from 2 nights.
Livia worked as a private aviation handling agent for 14 years, before that she used to be a flight attendant. Claudio also used to be in the aviation business as an air traffic controller, job from which he's now retired. We have two sons, 20 and 22 years old. We speak five languages fluently (English, Italian, French, German and Spanish) and we enjoy travelling together, with friends and with our children whenever we can. We often stay at friends houses, B&Bs, or small hotels. In return our house is always open to friends, or friends of friends. We like simple things, don't plan to much ahead, and live the moment. During her free time Livia likes to do all kinds of crafts, glass painting, crocheting and a lot of different things. Claudio loves paragliding and many other outdoor activities and during the winter is active as a ski instructor. We love the changing seasons, the colours, flowers, heat, snow, all of it, again and again :)
