In winter our well equipped and very comfortable apartments are situated directly at the ski slope Laret down to the valley. During the summer time we're located at the end of the mountain bike flow trail. The bus station of the free of charge local bus is within walking distance - all interesting tourist locations are in reach with the local bus.
We are outdoor enthusiasts - summer as winter. Together wit our three children we enjoy the great outdoors and we love to get in contact with people from all over the world!
We live on the sunny side of the Samnaun valley! We haven't got only a great view over the Samnaun mountains but also with the exposure to the south we have plenty of sun! The ski slope as well as the mountain bike trail is in direct neighborhood. All interesting places are in reach with the local bus that starts in walking distance to our house.
