Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a condominium without a lift and is arranged on a single level. The living area opens onto a bright open space with kitchen, raised dining area and lounge. The American-style kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and everything needed to cook independently. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). The night area includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be joined together. The bathroom is complete and equipped with a bathtub with shower. At the disposal of guests there are two parking spaces in the garage. Should the vehicle not fit within the dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. For the storage of sports equipment there is a ski room. It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area. For security reasons, the use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited. Access to the covered communal swimming pool and sauna (*). Communal laundry facilities are also available. Chesa Dmuretta is located in Madulain, in a strategic position and well connected. The bus stop is approximately 450 metres from the accommodation, whilst the train station is approximately 500 metres away. The Celerina–Marguns facilities, in the Corviglia area, are reachable in approximately 12 km and St. Moritz is 14 km away.
