The apartment, approximately 70 m², is located on the first floor (without a lift) and is accessible via internal stairs. All rooms are arranged on a single level. The living area includes a spacious living room with sofas, connected to the dining area with a table and an open-plan kitchen. The entire space is organised in a welcoming open space. The kitchen is well-equipped, with an oven, dishwasher and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). From the living room, you can directly access the garden. The night area consists of two bedrooms: a double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. The bathroom, complete, has a bathtub with shower, WC and bidet. A parking space in the garage is available for guests, located at the adjacent house number. Chesa Filia is a three-room apartment located in the sunny area of La Punt, at the foot of the Albula Pass. The location is quiet and well-connected: the railway station and bus stop are both about 350 metres away. The historic centre is not much further and hiking trails start directly from the house. In winter, the Mussella ski lift and cross-country ski trails are about 1.5 km away, while St. Moritz is 15 km distant.
