The 65 square metre apartment is located on the first floor of a condominium without a lift and is laid out on a single level. The living area opens onto a bright open space that combines the dining area and lounge. From here you can also access the balcony. The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and everything needed to cook independently. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). The night area includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a triple room with a single bed and a bunk bed. Completing the property is a full bathroom with a bathtub. At the disposal of guests there is a parking space in the garage with a maximum height of 195 cm. Should the vehicle not fit within these dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. For security reasons, the use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited. The apartment does NOT have communal laundry facilities. For the storage of sports equipment there is a ski room. It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.

Chesa Gravulaina is located in Madulain, in a strategic position and well connected. The bus stop is approximately 450 metres from the accommodation, whilst the train station is approximately 500 metres away. The Celerina–Marguns facilities, in the Corviglia area, are reachable in approximately 12 km and St. Moritz is 14 km away.
