Property info

The apartment, measuring 60 m², is located on the second floor of a building without a lift and is entirely developed on a single level. The living area is conceived as an open space that integrates living room, dining area and a modern American kitchen, equipped with three hobs, oven and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (not provided). The night area includes two bedrooms, both with a double bed. Guests have two full bathrooms at their disposal, both equipped with a bath and shower. One of the two is en-suite and directly connected to the master bedroom. A private parking space is not available. Approximately 300 metres away, there is an open-air public car park.
