The living area includes a spacious and bright living room with a dining area. The kitchen, equipped with a table, is well-equipped and has an oven, dishwasher, and everything necessary to cook independently. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). The second level, a mezzanine accessible via an internal staircase, houses a second small living room and the entire sleeping area. Here there are three bedrooms: a double bedroom, a double room with single beds, and a quadruple room with two bunk beds. There are three complete bathrooms: two with bathtubs and one with a shower enclosure. Two parking spaces are available to guests in a small-sized garage.
