The night area comprises three bedrooms: a double room with single beds, a room with a double bed, and a second double room with access to the balcony. The latter has a complete en-suite bathroom with a double washbasin, bath with shower, bidet, and WC. A second bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, shower cubicle, bidet, and WC, serves the remaining rooms. The second level, accessible exclusively via internal stairs, leads to an additional attic area, where two single beds, a sofa and an additional bathroom with spacious shower cubicle, washbasin and WC are located. At the disposal of guests, there are two parking spaces in the garage and one outside.
