Property info

Eiger Residence 1 is a spacious, tastefully furnished apartment in one of the most central locations in beautiful "car-free" Wengen, directly opposite the train station and just steps from the village main street, shops, restaurants and ski access. The apartment has two very spacious bedrooms, both with private ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom is fitted with a shower, and the other with a bathtub. Additional sleeping space is available on the sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests. Wengen is a car-free mountain village and is reached by train from Lauterbrunnen. Thanks to the apartment’s excellent location directly by the train station, arrival is especially convenient, even with luggage. The property is located just a few metres from Wengen train station, the village centre, supermarkets, restaurants and the ski lifts. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood close to shopping, dining and mountain transport. The accommodation is equipped with internet/Wi-Fi, heating, TV and comfortable living spaces. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, Ceramic hob, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Neighborhood info

This property is located in Wengen, a stunning alpine village in the heart of the Jungfrau Region. Important: Wengen is a car-free mountain village with no road access. Private vehicles are not allowed. There is no road to drive to Wengen. The only way to access Wengen is by train. Guests must drive to the village of Lauterbrunnen, located in the valley below, where you will find a large multi-storey parking garage next to the Lauterbrunnen train station. You must park your car there for the duration of your stay. From Lauterbrunnen, it’s a 12-minute scenic train ride up the mountain to Wengen. Trains run regularly throughout the day and well into the evening. Once you arrive in Wengen, taxis are available to take you and your luggage to the apartment, if needed.
