La Grange de Fonville dates back to the 18th century and was a functional barn for cows to spend the autumn, winter and spring until 2008. It has been transformed into a spacious and bright 150m² chalet on three levels, featuring a balcony, terrace, and view. This little gem is located in the center of the village of Evolène and decorated with traditional art and furniture. Close to all amenities. It enjoys a sunny, extremely quiet, and leafy location with views of the Dent d'Hérens and Dents de Veisivi mountains, as well as the barns and chalets of the historic Fonville district, close to Rue Centrale and the church of Evolène. A private parking located 50m away from the Grange is available. A welcome gift awaits guests.

Hello dear visitors! I have been lucky to live in many beautiful countries, but it is always to Evolène that I return to recharge my batteries and enjoy the sublime mountains of Valais. The Grange de Fonville is a place that I have cherished. It is not a simple rental property, it has a soul and is a real home in which it is good to live and relax, in communion with the surrounding nature and the history and culture of our beautiful, uniquely preserved valley. I hope to be able to share this rare place with you for a few days or a few weeks; I can assure you that if you love the mountains and Swiss authenticity, and also confort and luxury, you will feel good here. Everything is ready to make your stay memorable. You are welcome to my home!

The Grange de Fonville is surrounded by the barns and chalets of the historic Fonville district, close to Rue Centrale and the church of Evolène, with all amenities (Post office, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, local businesses and our Coop supermarket). The ski lifts of Télé-Evolène/Espace Dent Blanches are located 3km away, and can be reached by free shuttle bus, which stops 50m away from the house. The nearest Car Postal stop (public transport deserving Sion) is 5min away on foot.
