As a Zermatt native, I know all the circumstances. My family has always been in Zermatt. As the UrUrUr grandchild of the first Matterhorn climber you also have certain relationships that can be useful to the guests. My home is important to guests from all over the world; To show Zermatt and Switzerland. "Sit Daheimu" is very important to me. There is a solution to every problem.

Property info

The Fleckstein house was built by my grandparents. We rent the apartment Karibu, Castor and Pollux. The Pollux apartment can be rented together with the Castor studio. So you have 2 bathrooms and 7 beds. The facade and the roof were renewed in 2016. Ideal for families or 2 couples. The Fleckstein house is in the Winkelmatten. Quiet location and yet very close. Green space around the house and the bus station in front of the house. The Matterhorn is right in front of the garden. The Pollux apartment offers 5 beds. 1 bed is locked if you do not book 5 people. Thank you respect that and don't open the bed yourself! For 7 people, the apartment can be connected to the Studio Castor if available. Please register beforehand!

Neighborhood info

Zermatt is car-free, so the nearby bus station is very helpful. The apartment can be easily reached on foot in 10-15 minutes from the train station. The angle mats are not in the direct center. Nevertheless, everything is very close: bus, food, shopping, center, ski lift. The Matterhorn is in front of your living room. After skiing, you can watch the evening sun in the garden. Suitable for children and families. 3 *** apartment with 80m ^ 2.

There will be no cleaning fee for stays of 5 nights or more.

Stays with 12 nights or more will have an additional cleaning free of cost.

Please note that Zermatt is car-free. It is located in the mountains and paths can be steep. There is a bus stop directly in front of the accommodation.

At Haus Azalée (adjacent to Haus Fleckstein), minor noise disturbances outside of quiet hours may occasionally occur between August 17 and October 2, 2026, as well as in the spring of 2027, due to renovation work. Haus Fleckstein is not affected.
