As your hosts, we are truly delighted to offer you Leni’s Holiday Apartment – a lovingly furnished home in beautiful Interlaken. We love nature and spend most of our free time outdoors – walking, exploring, playing, or simply pausing to enjoy the view of the mountains. This close connection to nature is reflected in our apartment as well: it’s peacefully located, family-friendly, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Hospitality is something very personal to us. We want our guests to feel welcome from the very first moment – with thoughtful touches, open communication, and genuine joy that you’ve chosen to stay in our home. As a family, we understand what’s important when travelling with children – which is why our apartment is not only stylish but also practical: child-safe, functional, and cozy. Leni’s Holiday Apartment – Your Stylish Alpine Home Leni’s Holiday Apartment is your stylish retreat in the Swiss Alps – a bright, modern 4.5-room apartment located in the heart of Interlaken-Matten. Its central yet peaceful location, combined with thoughtful amenities, makes it the ideal getaway for families, couples, or groups of friends. Please note: The apartment is officially on the 2nd floor. As the entrance is lower (from the parking area), access feels like the 3rd floor. No elevator available. Comfort Meets Functionality The spacious apartment offers around 82 m² of living space, including a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a cozy living room with access to the south-facing balcony, and three bedrooms accommodating up to six guests. Great attention has been paid to details – from lockable window handles (perfect for families with children) to adjustable lighting in the living area. Extra Comforts Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi, a private outdoor parking space directly in front of the building, and – upon request – a lockable garage box for added convenience. For long-term stays, a washing machine, dryer, and full cleaning supplies are also available. Personal Welcome Check-in is usually done in person – we’ll show you around the apartment and answer any questions you may have. If a personal handover isn't possible, a key safe is available for easy and contactless access at any time. Perfect Base for Exploration The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from Interlaken West train station. Famous attractions like the Höheweg promenade, Harder Kulm viewpoint, Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, and the iconic Jungfraujoch are all easily accessible. The funicular to Harder Kulm departs nearby and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau, and both lakes. Nature & Adventure: Whether hiking on the Schynige Platte, boating on Lake Thun or Lake Brienz, paragliding over Interlaken, or taking a day trip to the Jungfraujoch – all the region’s highlights are easily reachable from our apartment. Great for families too: the St. Beatus Caves, Blausee Nature Park, or the Ballenberg Open-Air Museum. Tip for Rainy Days: Try the MysteryRooms (escape game), JungfrauPark with indoor playground, or visit the Trümmelbach Falls – a stunning natural phenomenon inside the mountain.
