The building was redeveloped in 2024 and now boasts state of the art serviced apartments with everything you’ll need – from furniture, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, free TV & WiFi – to feel “en route at home”.

Neighborhood info

The furnished flats are located close to the Letzigrund stadium, near the city center of Zurich in the district Zurich-Altstetten. The business apartments are directly accessible by public transportation. All the tourist attractions such as the Grossmünster, the Fraumünster, the old town of Zurich called "Niederdorf" or the lake can be reached from the business rental within 20 minutes. The main station (Hauptbahnhof) is directly reachable by bus in about 15 minutes. From there you have great connections to Zurich-Oerlikon and the airport. Also by car it is easy to get to the apartment. Shopping possibilities are in the immediate vicinity and the major shopping streets such as the "Bahnhofstrasse" can be reached from the holiday flat in 15 minutes by bus.
