Recently renovated, spacious and modern, the apartment is located in a very quiet area of Lucerne, 15-20 minutes by foot or 5-7 minutes by bus to the old town of Lucerne. Bus stop is 20 meters away. Bars and restaurants and shopping facilities are located 1 km from the apartment. Private garden and playground. Car park for 1 vehicle included. Elevator. Fully fitted kitchen with appliances. 2 Bathrooms with bath or shower with 2 WCs. Central heating. The apartment is very quite. No loud parties please because of respect to the neighbours. Smoking only on the balcony. No pets. Additional charges: final cleaning 120 CHF. Refundable security deposit of 300 CHF due on arrival and refundable on day of departure.
