The facility is a completely refurbished, eco-friendly modern house and offers two beautiful rooms. The first is located inside the house on the upper floor (garden view room) not very large but cozy. It has a 150x190 French-type bed with a small table and a cabinet for storing clothes. The bathroom (bathtub, two sinks, toilet and bidet) is shared with the owner but on request you can have it exclusively. The second room is totally independent (Studio apartment). Independent entrance, bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) in a large space with direct access to the garden. The rollaway bed of 160x200. A nice table for eating or working. No television is available in the facility. In the common space you can listen to music or read books. As soon as the weather permits, breakfast is served in the garden. A small dachshund dog named Guido lives in the house. Parking is possible in front of the house (uncovered parking). The perimeter of the house is video monitored and the house has an alarm. It is possible to attend a wine tasting or spend a nice afternoon with Bike&Wine (tour of 4 wineries with tastings on a bicycle that is given by the winery) at the Borgovecchio Vini wine cellar, or request an excursion on the lake with aperitif by boat. I am very happy to welcome you into my home. With me lives Guido a small dog-bass. I value simple and natural things. I like to socialise and that is why breakfast is served at one table. It is possible at breakfast (subject to availability) to have homemade jams, homemade bread (gluten-free) and sometimes some cakes. I love music and reading.
