This property does not have an on-site reception. Check-in and check-out are therefore carried out independently online via the guest app (no download required), the link to which you will receive by confirmation email after booking. Please complete the check-in form for all travelers before your arrival, as otherwise a digital key cannot be created. Online check-in is available at any time beforehand, but only until 8:00 PM on the day of arrival. Access to the apartment is possible from 3:00 PM. Once check-in is complete, you can create a digital key directly in the app, which works via Bluetooth and grants access to the main entrance and your apartment. The exact address will also be sent to you by email and is stored in your digital key. The evening before your departure, you will receive an email with instructions for online check-out, which should be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest. Please close all windows and turn off the lights before leaving the apartment. Since there is no on-site reception, we are available to answer any questions at any time via the guest app.
