Nestled between the magnificent mountains of Grindelwald, Hotel Restaurant Alpina is situated above the village with views of the Eiger Mountain, being very close to the train station. All rooms boast picturesque views of the mountains. They are spacious and decorated with wooden elements. The homey restaurant serves delicious French and Swiss specialties, rounded off with fine desserts. Vegetarian meals are available. The Alpina has a large garden where you can unwind, and the rustic lounge room is a cozy place with amazing views. The area around Grindelwald offers many ski and hiking tracks as well as viewpoints like the Sonnenbalkon First, the Kleine Scheidegg or the Jungfraujoch. The impressive glacier is worth seeing. You can also explore the glacier gorge.
