The luxurious residence offers a heated pool, tennis court, terrace with mountain view, billiards, sauna, table tennis and table football. 

 The 17m2 studio was renovated to a high standard in 2023. It has a comfortable 140cm wall bed with sofa, modern kitchen and bathroom with large rain-shower. 

Outside you find a covered seating area. 

 City-center: 2 min walk. 

 Ski lift Arnouva: 7 min walk through the park up via the escalator. Rent our ski locker at the lift for 50 CHF/week.
