Enjoy staying in this newly renovated spacious house in the scenic, tranquil Valle Maggia in Ticino. The house is equipped with everything you’ll need for a perfect family vacation. Your family can spend their days swimming in the refreshing Maggia river, hiking or biking through the beautiful mountains, or just relaxing in the garden by the pool soaking up the serene mountain atmosphere. The outdoor lounge & BBQ area is perfect for socialising with family and friends. There is a fully equipped kitchen to make gourmet meals, indoor lounge area, formal dining room, stunning outdoor lounge area with dining table and new BBQ. 10x4m outdoor pool with six sunbeds, shaded sitting/dining area by the pool, grassed play area for kids & games. Plenty of free outdoor parking (1x garage upon request). NL-00000505

There is a lovely Eco Hotel & Restaurant Hotel Cristallina right next door that can provide all meals if desired or just an aperitivo and additional beds if requested. Coglio is a tranquil village in Valle Maggia. Called the Magic Valley! The Vallemaggia is not just the longest and mostly spread out valley of the Italian part of Switzerland but also a fantastic alpine valley which has been modelled throughout the years by the clear waters of the river Maggia. Valle maggia is an appealing attraction for excursionists and explorers with its many mountainous hiking trails, rock climbing, white water rafting & canyoning activities available. A magical atmosphere, surrounded by wild nature, water, stone, history and culture is the special ingredient added to the simple but just fantastic food offered at the numerous “grotti”. A destination which should be discovered and rediscovered the whole year round. Tennis courts = 5 mins drive in Ronchini/Maggia Golf course = 20 mins drive in Ascona & Losone Riding stables = 20mins drive in Losone Wellness centre & Lido = 20mins drive in Locarno, Ascona.
