Breakfast was fresh and adequate. The hotel was situated right in the village with quick access to everywhere. Would highly reccomend this place to anyone.

The location is super! Walking distance from everything, plus you get free bus ride in Locarno and Ascona and the bus station is very close to the hotel. The breakfast was great and the roomis very big.

Comfortable, central, nice staff

The location was so beautiful, away from the crowds with magnificent view. The lady who takes care of the hotel was very accommodating and gave us good tips regarding the area.

The hotel (actually a charming villa) was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The lady at the reception 🥰🥰🥰 was very friendly, welcomed us with complimentary chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The room was beyond comfortable, spotless and spacious, with elegant décor. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options. Great restaurants and train station within walking distance. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and the location

Everything was really nice: the room, bed, shower. Very clean. Well planned room organization and amazing cost-quality ratio. There was no noise from the street or train station due to good sound isolation. Very friendly and helpful stuff and easy check-in out of reception working hours. We enjoyed our stay in Locarno a lot.

The communication with the staff is excellent they are all responsive at all times, the location is great the view in our room is stunning we enjoyed the breakfast. We recommend this hotel for group of friends of family who wants to have a nice vacation in locarno😊

The rooms were clean, modern and well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great included everything I like except maybe a hot egg dish.

Property was a nice bit of luxury and space with a serviceable gym and got a room upgrade to the lakeside rooms, drinks on patio and nice breakfast. The room is expansive with nice balcony looking over the lake.

We stayed in the penthouse, and it was very spacious and comfortable. We could use the coffee machine, but not the kitchen, which was a surprise. The location is perfect. Right on the lake, and close to the gondola for Madonna del Sasso and Piazza Grande. Walking distance to everything, right in the center of the city. Very beautiful. Good breakfast.

Front desk lady was extremely helpful and extraordinary in helping me make the most of my limited time there. Fantastic view in large comfortable room.. Felt very safe. Convenient to walk down short distance from train/bus station, enjoyed the little sightseeing train on the same block, little grocery store, area buses, and boat to Brissago for transfer to Italy. Appreciated the Locarno local transport pass which i utilized multiple times. Breakfast was good. Beds were ok-- Would have appreciated more padding on the mattress itself. Definitely recommend for female solo traveler
