Welcome to our villa, offering a wide range of relaxation and leisure options. A heated 12-meter outdoor pool and a year-round whirlpool are available. For sports and wellness activities, there is a fitness area and an infrared sauna. Three terraces, including a pool terrace, as well as a barbecue area invite you to relax and unwind. The surrounding area features scenic hiking trails and a large property with a well-maintained lawn. The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very spacious living area. We look forward to your visit!
The heated pool (12 m x 3.5 m) is open from begin of May to end of September, while the whirlpool is available year-round at a pleasant temperature of 37°C. The villa consists of four bedrooms, three of which are located on the top floor: Two rooms each with a 180 × 200 cm bed One room with a 140 × 200 cm bed A fourth room in the basement with natural daylight, equipped with two beds (140 × 200 cm and 180 × 200 cm) A baby cot (playpen) is also available The house is situated on a quiet hillside in a private cul-de-sac, making it ideal for children. The breathtaking natural surroundings offer numerous beautiful hiking trails that enhance the overall experience. One parking space is available in the enclosed garage, which is connected to the house. In front of the house, there are additional private parking spaces for up to 4 cars.
Additional Important Information: - Only the persons registered in the booking are allowed to be present in the house and pool area; visitors are not permitted. A fee of CHF 100 per day and per person will be charged for unregistered guests. - The house is designed as a wellness retreat and offers a nice, relaxing holiday experience. - Due to its location in a residential area, the quiet hours mandated by the Canton of Aargau (from 12:00 to 13:00) and nighttime quiet hours (from 20:00 onwards) must be strictly observed. - The house is exclusively suitable for families, business travelers, and groups of adults (30+). Youth groups are not permitted. Such bookings will be automatically canceled without refund. - A fee of CHF 25 per day and per dog applies. - Two outdoor cameras cover the entire exterior area; only the security company has access to the recordings.
