Modern & Spacious Home with a POOL! A modern family home, ready for guests to enjoy their home away from home holiday in paradise. Spacious, private + quiet location, central to the western side, located just off the main road. Birdy's Retreat is a beautiful Modern 5 Bedroom Holiday Home with 3 bathrooms, on the West Side of the Island - Arorangi – sleeps up to 11 people. Kitchen – Fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Pod espresso machine and all your cutlery and crockery needs. Bedrooms – 5 large airy bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, 2 with ensuites and 2 with Aircon. Bathrooms – 3 bathrooms, one with a accessible, walk in shower and one with a large bath Laundry – Washing machine + Dryer & Clothesline. Outdoors – Own private large deck, brand new Webber BBQ, outdoor furniture & off-street parking. Features – Lovely indoor, outdoor flow, UV treated water throughout the house, Free Starlink Wi-fi, Air conditioning in the living area, insect screens on 2 of the bedroom windows, Smart-TV with Netflix / YouTube loaded. - Solar hot water and power booster, ensuring continuous supply. - Outdoor Shower Please note: - smoking outside areas only. - Pool will not be fenced, so please take caution and keep an eye on small children at all times. - check in 3pm and check out 10am. - please check flight arrival times - if flight arrives on the early AM flights, booking will need to be made from the day before.

I am a small business owner, working in the financial industry, along with being a mum of 3 beautiful boys. We are excited to welcome you to Birdy's retreat where you can enjoy your holiday in Rarotonga and all it has to offer.

At present - no neighbours surrounding the area - super peaceful, safe + quiet. Sit on the deck listening to the sound of a few roosters / chickens and the sound of the ocean.
