Situated inland opposite the airport, 'Boaza Place' has great mountain views with an 8m x 4m saltwater pool. Boaza Place is a 5min drive from the beach, golf club, town, hospital and a number of restaurants. It has all the essential amenities for an enjoyable vacation including air conditioned bedrooms, UV filtered water, ice making fridge/ freezer, fully furnished itchen, Weber BBQ area and laundry.
Kia Orana, I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Aitutaki and now reside in Rarotonga. We love hosting and sharing our home with guests. I do my best to ensure your stay is comfortable & enjoyable. Meitaki Maata e Kia Maniua (Thank You and Best Wishes).
Our home is located in Nikao, (Avarua District), Rarotonga, Cook Islands. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful most of the time. We do experience some noise being close to the airport, from neighbours, dogs and chickens. The house is pretty sound proof if you wish to close the windows when you sleep. We stay on site in a 1 bedroom unit. Getting around. The island offers taxis, buses, rental bikes and cars. Check online rentals for information or I can guide you along.
