Our property is set off the main road, but is only a short walk to a very private beach (3-5 minutes). It is set in beautiful bush with lush gardens, a pool and a stream which flows when it has been raining. In the background you will see mountains and everywhere you look is greenery. It is a very private and relaxing environment.

We are both Kiwi,s who fell in love with Rarotonga after visiting 5 times. We love the Cook Islands and want everyone to be able to access this wonderful holiday destination. We are onsite and can assist you with your planning or while you are here. Feel free to contact us anytime.

We are inland, down a very quiet road and as the owners, live on-site close to the villas. All of our neighbours are local Cook Islanders whose ancestry and connection to the land goes back generations. You will see people going about their daily lives and you will get a friendly "Kia Orana" where ever you go. Our local Rutaki beach is stunning and tends to be very quiet, although if you walk just 1km (or less) down the road, you will find this stretch of beach, near the Rarotongan, usually occupied with swimmers and people snorkeling. There is a very good local supermarket with fresh produce and a petrol station, a local DVD outlet and Vaima restaurant, with on the beach dining, all close by.
