Property info

Close to town, deep pool, with elevated ocean & town views & unlimited wifi. Opened April 2026. A great option for groups with 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom upstairs & a self contained studio unit with bathroom downstairs (external access only). Due to the elevated property and pool, the property is only suitable for children 8 years old and over. Upstairs are 3 Bedrooms & 1 Bathroom, lounge, full kitchen, balcony with outside dining, BBQ, washing machine & pool. Downstairs is a Studio Unit with kitchenette, bathroom & patio (photos to come). The studio has external access only. All bedrooms & lounge area have ceiling fans. The studio unit & upstairs lounge both have aircon which are operated with a "pay as you use" coin machine. A 2 dollar NZ coin gives 1.5 hours of operation (we have coins available to purchase) All of the 4 Super King beds can be split into Single. Smoking/Vaping allowed outside only. Please note: All bookings for 2026 will have exclusive use of the pool. Bookings from 2027 onwards - the pool may be shared with other guests due to future development plans.
