It is a secluded private property in Arorangi, Rarotonga. The property contains a 2 bedroom self contained home on a spacious 1/4 acre section. The floor plan is designed to accommodate beachfront living and provides a spacious decking to sit any enjoy the sun and lagoon. This home contains modern amenities and laundry facilities. The home is surrounded by flat grass land, coconut palm trees and the beach. The property is fantastic for relaxation, recreation, weddings and family gatherings. The vibrant lagoon is brilliant for swimming, snorkeling and kayaking. Centrally located to restaurants, bars, grocery shops, car and bike hire and public transport, all of your needs are serviced within minutes.
