The secluded Sea Change Villas each boast a private pool and a patio offering lagoon or garden views. Set alongside a private white sand beach, it offers free use of bicycles, standup paddle boards, kayaks and snorkeling gear. Located right on the peaceful Titikaveka lagoon on the southern side of Rarotonga, Sea Change Villas features snorkeling in the lagoon directly in front of the property. The air-conditioned villas feature a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and Nespresso. All include a lounge area with a flat screen TV, streaming services plus DVD player or hard drive for movies Some villas are located on the beachfront. The tour desk books scooter and car rental, massages, diving trips, safari tours, lagoon cruises and island day tours. A free breakfast pack is supplied upon arrival which includes bread, eggs, cereal, juice and milk, coffee and tea.

Property info

With a picture perfect lagoon, beautiful white sandy beach and fifteen fully self contained villas with private pools, Sea Change offers the discerning traveler the perfect recipe for relaxation. Boasting five star concierge-style service, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Catering to guests 16 years and older in our Beachfront and Lagoon View villas. The minimum age in the 2 and 3 bedroom Garden View Villas is 12 years and these villas can accommodate up to six people very comfortably while still offering privacy and anonymity.

Neighborhood info

The Titikaveka village on Rarotonga is peaceful and serene with stunning beaches and beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The coral heads in the lagoon make it an ideal place for snorkeling with lots of marine life to view. Sea Change is in close proximity (about 6 minutes) of the much busier Muri area of the island which has numerous restaurants and little shops.
