Property info

Our property is a small family run property. I look after all our Sales & Marketing online, and i'm the face behind all contact with guest online. Our team, Annie, Terry, Wiremu and Rogelio look after all our guest while in Rarotonga. Mum and Dad in Rarotonga will ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Neighborhood info

We are located on one of the nicest beaches on Rarotonga, Akaoa Beach. We have tourist accommodation on both sides of our property, so our little neighbourhood are in the same game. Up the road is Friendly store, a nice 5 min walk, also about a 7 min walk up the road is CICC church, a Sunday morning service is a must to attend, the choir singing on a Sunday morning is popular with our guest. There is also a Mormon church, SDA church and Catholic church all within a 7 min walk. Dining out, The Waterline Bar and Grill, owned by Chris and Akisi is a must, the menu will cater for all tastes. Guest can take a nice afternoon/evening stroll up to Waterline Bar and Grill, and enjoy a moon light stroll back. A 2 min drive from our property, up towards, The Edgewater Beach Resort and Spa, are about 5 different restaurants for guest to choose from, there is Kikau Hut, Alberto's, Spaghetti House, Tumunu, Crown Beach and Manuia Beach.
