Te Puka Estate is a Lifestyle Retreat of the Oberg-Nordt family of Ngatangiia, Rarotonga. Phillip is the Bailli Delegue for the La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Cook Islands, organisation and is an outstanding chef originating from Germany but with a long history of owning Restaurants in NZ and more recently running the Cook Islands Hospitality school. Francie has a Bachelor’s of Arts (BA), Art History and classics Majors and a diploma in teaching. Francie was a member The Restaurant, Wine and Bar Team that was won the Award for Sustained Excellence in Tertiary Teaching. At present she is lead tutor and lesson planner at ARA Polytechnical Institute in Christchurch They also own and manage the ‘OTB’ On the Beach Restaurant & Bar at Manuia Beach Resort in Aorangi which was awarded the prestigious Air New Zealand Cook Island Tourism award for Business excellence in 2018 & 2020.

It is one of the few private residences on the island that can comfortably accommodate groups of 16+ people. Your group will have the exclusive use of the entire 2-level Villa which contains 2 poolside villas and 2 upper-level apartments a combined total of 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 5 kitchens is available for you to enjoy as your “Bubble away from home.” Located in the Ngatangiia District the sunrise side of the island it sits tranquil and enchanting amidst a one-acre Citrus, Paw Paw, Banana and Avocado Grove. The property has been especially designed to give you contemporary living, intimacy and privacy while surrounded by tropical palms and gardens, plus views of the majestic Te Puka mountain and lush Turangi Valley rain forest. The upper level is wrapped in a spacious balcony with the landing offering a perfect area for entertaining and the ground level rooms are a step away from the 25 metre saltwater pool.
