Located on the shore of Lake Llanquihue, one block from downtown Puerto Varas. We offer rooms with views of the lake and volcanoes. Spa services available with prior booking. Restaurant, bar, and café with a varied menu. Free parking with spaces subject to availability. We are located 14 mi from El Tepual Airport and 1.2 mi from Route 5. Close to many natural attractions around the lake, such as hot springs, volcanoes, parks, and more. We are an incredible option for your stay, whether for vacation or work.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%

To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
