Tu refugio frente al mar te espera en el caribe Despierta cada mañana con la mejor vista a la marina internacional, el sonido del mar y el cantar de los pajaritos, rodeado de lujo, tranquilidad y el azul infinito del caribe y cuando la noche cae disfruta de las inigualables puestas del sol que la bahía más hermosa de América. Encontrarás en el último piso del edificio todas la amenidades de un hotel Sauna, gimnasio, spa, turco, jacuzzi, piscina y bar.

Este vecindario es conocido por ser el mejor de Santa Marta gracias a su seguridad con la estación de policía ubicada a un bloque, también están ubicados los reconocidos hoteles Marriott y Hilton, al lado del edificio está el supermercado Carulla, también a un bloque está la bahía y a pocos pasos la marina, caminando a 7 min esta el centro histórico donde encontrarás una gran oferta gastronómica, entretenimiento y cultura, el museo del oro Tairona está a pocos minutos caminando. Ubicacion inmejorable en la marina A pasos de restaurantes, playas y vida nocturna Vistas panorámicas al mar y atardeceres de película Totalmente amoblado y listo para disfrutar Vive o trabaja donde otros solo vacacionan.
