El barrio es muy seguro, cuenta con cámaras debido al comercio que hay a sus alrededores, especialmente la cuadra del edificio, cuenta con un Hotel, Droguería, Cafetería, Supermercado, hay servicio 24 horas de minimarket y hasta alquilar vehículos para turismo!
