El Aguacate is a charming old and typical coffee farm house in the middle of Salento. Only 3 blocks from the main square and only steps to restaurants and local coffee shops. The house has private parking for up to 3 cars and a patio bungalow to spend afternoons reading and enjoying the fresh air. The house has an avocado tree, guava tree and plantain tree in the patio.
