This modern loft has a panoramic view of the mountains of Medellin and our traditional metro. Its proximity to main roads and public transport will facilitate your travel, or if you prefer, you can walk to do your shopping at the Mayorca shopping center. Fiber optic services and 24-hour concierge ensure a more comfortable stay.
I want to guarantee you a pleasant stay in our beautiful city of eternal spring. If you have any problems, do not hesitate to contact me!
You can have everything just 2 steps, since the building is on the corridor of Las Vegas Avenue with street 52 south, achieving with this to have the Mayorca shopping center just 50 meters, the metro station 200 meters, the road corridor of Las Vegas Avenue 2 steps and countless services that brings the immediate environment. Remember that we are located on a main avenue, all windows are noise-proof and these must be closed properly.
