The accommodation is a corner apartment on the 5th floor with beautiful and different views from there in a family and independent environment. It is very clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a balcony, 2 cable TV, WiFi. The building has 2 elevators, reception, private surveillance, and cameras 24 hours and indoor parking. On the 17th floor is the wet area: 2 swimming pools (adults and children), jacuzzi, solarium, sauna, showers, restrooms, and dressing area, social lounge, and laundry room, and the best a spectacular 360-degree panoramic view over the historic city, the bay, San Martin Avenue, and the beach

One of our best qualifications is the location of the apartment since the building being adjacent to the Hotel Decamerón is next to the beach in Bocagrande. Nearby we have banks, ATMs, fast food restaurants (McDonald's, Burger King, El Corral, Frisby, Kokoriko ...) and others. There are also mini markets (Carulla Express) or supermarkets (Olimpica), pharmacy, hospital, shopping centers, cinemas. 5 minutes away is the walled city where in addition to the historical sites (Palace of the Inquisition, the Vaults, San Felipe de Barajas Castle, San Pedro Claver Church, Plaza de Santo Domingo, Plaza de Los Coches, Plaza de Santa Teresa, Plaza Fernandez de Madrid, Customs Square, Old Shoes, India Catalina, Los Pegasos ....) you can enjoy fine cuisine, Colombian, French, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian restaurants and more Or you can take a Coche ride (pulled by horses) or the rumba in Chiva (bus) A few kilometers away you can enjoy exotic and natural beaches (Rosario Islands, Bocagrande, Castillo Grande, El Laguito, Manzanillo, Lodo el Totumo Volcano ...)
