1. In accordance with the National Government's Tourism policies, we kindly request your assistance in sending the identity documents (ID cards, identity cards, or passports) along with a contact address to the related email and/or WhatsApp. This is necessary to comply with the National Tourism Registry. We appreciate your prompt and effective cooperation within a maximum period of 2 hours after making the reservation.

2. A fee of $70,000 must be paid for Cleaning and Kitchen Service (Staff) for every 10 individuals or fraction thereof per DAY of accommodation.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Finca Jamaica of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary, and other relevant info on dates where such guidelines exist.

A damage deposit of COP 200,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
