En Hostal Don José buscamos darle valor agregado al servicio de hostelería en nuestro municipio; más que vender una cama y/o una noche, ofrecemos una experiencia diferente en el centro de Santa Rosa; una vivencia cultural, donde se resaltan las costumbres y tradiciones de nuestra región cafetera. Bajo estos ideales se construyó lo que hoy somos, partiendo de la adecuación de la casa de Don José; una edificación con más de cien años de antigüedad, la cual encierra en sus detalles toda esa historia de la región cafetera; resaltando los colores, arquitectura, ambientación, para que nuestros huéspedes y visitantes se lleven la mejor de las experiencias a nivel cultural.
