'Hygge' is a Scandinavian concept that encompasses the feeling of quiet comfort, wellness, contentment, extreme coziness and comfortable conviviality. With that in mind, we have aimed to design a place that pleases the senses and makes your stay in Cali the absolute best possible. A home away from home. The building consists of 7 luxurious apartments. One 3-bed / 3-bath unit, five 2-bed / 2-bath units and finally our exclusive 237 m2 Penthouse with 3 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a private jacuzzi terrace. Parking is available below the building.

The 'Hygge' building is located in the Versalles neighborhood in northwestern Cali, only 3 blocks from the Granada entertainment district on Avenida 9 where some of the city's best restaurants and nightlife are located. The benefit being that it's lot more quiet at night than if you're right in the middle of the action. The area is flat and very easy to walk around making it an ideal location for anyone looking to explore Cali. The majestic palm trees that line the street are absolutely gorgeous. Within walking distance you will find just about anything you need, including bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and some of the main attractions like Granada, the 'Bulevar del Rio (river boulevard), and Plaza Caicedo in downtown Cali. Also, the Clinica de Occidente hospital is less than one block away. Another one of our favorite areas is the colonial San Antonio and the gastronomic barrio El Peñon, located next to each other, they are an easy 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. The city's most exclusive shopping center - Chipichape - is only a 5 minutes drive and is also filled with fancy boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops, ATMs, cinema and the likes.
