MARITIME TRANSPORTATION (round trip from Cartagena) IS NOT INCLUDED and operates under the following fixed schedule:

IMPORTANT: If your arrival in Cartagena is outside this schedule, it will not be possible to request or reserve maritime transportation. Therefore, your transfer to the hotel will be subject to the conditions of the included ground transportation or the private ground transportation service outside regular hours.

At any time, the hotel may modify transportation logistics if required due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or instructions from local authorities.

The Pier Usage Fee of COP 31,500 per person is NOT INCLUDED and must be paid directly at the ticket office before boarding.

Please watch the instructional video on how to reach our private parking area in Barú. From there, you will connect to the hotel by boat in approximately 5 minutes.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
