Welcome! The apartment is cantrally located in Lagutio. Beaches, restaurants, and shops are all just a few meters away. Enjoy our terrace by watching the sunset, or by just observing the life on street outside. The building has a outside pool area on the 3rd floor. Enjoy the pool, sunbathing, or the views of El Laguito and the ocean. The apartment also offer smart lock so you don't have to worry about keys. Just punch in your code to open the door to the apartment.
