The Palmetto Eliptic Building is located in the most exclusive place in Cartagena facing the sea, Bocagrande, with banking areas, restaurants, shopping centers, 5 minutes from the Old City, 15 minutes from the airport, Building with all amenities (Jacuzzis, Pools for Adults, and Children, Turkish Bath)

I am an Emergency Medicine provider in Austin, Texas and my wife and her family are from Cartagena. We purchased this condo so that we have a place to stay for our growing family when we come visit every year. In other words, this place is very important to us. I will be co-managing this condo with family and friends. I assure you that this home is situated perfectly in Cartagena, allowing ease of access to the beach, downtown, the Old center, and has a conveniently placed Juan Valdez downstairs. There is also a beautiful set of pool that overlook the ocean should you desire a splash away from the ocean or for your kids. Please let me know if anything isn't to your satisfaction or suggestions to make my place more inviting.

Bocagrande beach is a long strip of golden sand and abundunt hotels. Near the lobby at the base of the Eliptic is a Juan Valdez coffee shop inviting you to relax every morning while you ponder what to do. A quick taxi drive will get you to the Historic "Centro" which is surrounded by imposing marine fortress walls. The architecture of el Centro reminds me of waking in Cordoba, Spain as a child. At the end of Bocagrande is found El Laguito which starts with the famous Caribe hotel and ends the earth point to the bay which is named Castillogrande with fort Santa Cruz at the end.
