Enjoy a comfortable and family-friendly stay in a prime location, just minutes from the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and other local attractions. The apartment is located inside a private condominium featuring swimming pools and recreational areas, making it the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with family and friends. For your comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The living room does not have air conditioning but is equipped with fans to keep the space cool and comfortable.

Our apartment is located in La Mansión Condominium, in the heart of El Rodadero, one of Santa Marta's most popular tourist destinations. Its excellent location allows you to enjoy everything within walking distance. We are right next to Arrecife Shopping Center, where you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shops, pharmacies, and ATMs. The beautiful El Rodadero Beach is just a two-minute walk (two blocks) away, making it easy to spend your days relaxing by the sea, enjoying water sports, or watching breathtaking Caribbean sunsets. The neighborhood also offers a wide variety of dining options, from traditional Colombian cuisine and fresh seafood to international restaurants, as well as bars and entertainment venues for an enjoyable evening. From this prime location, you can easily join boat tours to Playa Blanca and the Aquarium, explore Santa Marta Bay, or take excursions to some of the city's most popular attractions. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, this neighborhood offers the perfect combination of convenience, relaxation, and easy access to everything Santa Marta has to offer.
