Each villa has 2 bedrooms with kingsize beds, a loft with a queen size bed and a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies with ocean view, high speed internet, filtered potable water, private parking, and a private washer and dryer.

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, is walking distance from Pelada beach and is a short drive to Guiones beach. Additionally, it is close to the biological reserve of Nosara, surrounded by nature.
