Welcome to Casa Pura Vista with the most beautiful views in all of Jaco! Isolated on a gated, private drive just 10 minutes from central Jaco. Each cabina has views for miles from every window! Quiet and peaceful yet close enough to the sea to hear waves crashing at night. The elevation and sea breezes keeps the property nicely cooled. Wildlife is all around with monkeys, Macaws and Toucans making regular appearances! Each cabina has covered parking, king size bed, kitchen and private pool!
Hi, I'm Dave, the grateful gringo just trying to live his best life in Costa Rica! Originally from SF and Denver, I now call Costa Rica home and I love it! This property is my dream come true and I hope it will be my "retirement job!" I fully embrace the Pura Vida lifestyle and you can find me on the beach with my dogs for sunset almost every night. I love being a tour guide and helping people get the most out of their time in CR! I'm even the local liaison for the US Embassy if you get in trouble!
Vista Lapas is a gated, secluded and private drive for about 10 homes. We have a great neighborhood network and we all look out for each other.
