We are a 10-minute walk which is 900 a meters to Marino Ballena National Park and the famous Whale Tail! All our new apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, full bath, hot water, cable-tv, wifi and air conditioner. Our property has a pool, 2 ranchos. Guests have secure gated parking. Restaurants and markets are just around the corner. All the local tours of our area can be booked in advance at Casa Uvita Bay, just let us know what tour you'd likeaube the children want to take a surf lesson!!

We live onsite half the year during the whale watching season and Christmas time, my wife is a US/ Costa Rican Citizen and I am a US citizen and CostaRican permanent resident so you will be safe during your stay with lots of local knowledge!

We are centrally located in Bahia Bellena. There are 2 minisupers two minute walk from the property.Our property is tropically landscaped,listen to the parrots,macaws and toucans fly over every mourning and evening while swimming in the warm pool.We are a 10-15 minute walk or 1/2 mile to the main entrance of Marino Bellena Park and the famous whaletail!There are markets and restaurants just a 5 minute walk from the property.There are many tropical beaches a waterfalls in our area.Its easy to get around without a vechicle! Uvita has some of the finest restaurants around the Osa Penninsula.
